Every day we are creating new and unique solutions to vibration problems. Here you see a photo of a custom solution we designed to isolate vibrations in a double stack of water jacketed incubators. The customer was having problems with standing waves in culture dishes, resulting in uneven attachment of cells to tissue culture dishes. We created a platform 26" square out of ½" steel with black powder coating and added 6 of our bearings and now it is isolating a load of over 600 pounds from errant vibrations. Now according to the customer "The problem is solved". What could we design for you? |
