An engineering contractor will arrive with an Explorer unit and carefully record the vibration data across two channels simultaneously, allowing the isolated and non-isolated parts of the setup and even record transient phenomena which may be lost when the measurements are taken in sequence.
The report features accurate and repeatable data between 1 and 200 Hz – the most interesting range for vibration control questions. With this data the engineer will provide you with a report which offers recommendations for isolating the vibration.
